$19.95 Flat Rate for all International purchases (exc. shipping duties and taxes) 

DISPATCH
All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same business day, or on the next business day.

Orders will only be despatched Monday - Saturday, and orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the state of Victoria, will be dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY
We recommend providing a work address or other suitable daytime address for delivery to ensure someone is available to accept your delivery in person. If you are not available to accept delivery in person, a calling card will be left and your delivery will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
We only use reputable postage and courier services to deliver merchandise, Australia Post in most instances. 
We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control. We accept no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.

All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery in metro and major cities.

Please allow 3-4 business days for regional areas. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

$15.95 express delivery within 2–3 business days in metropolitan areas. You can check here if your area is covered in the Australia Post Express Network 

Express orders within Australia are delivered via Australia Post registered mail. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If the error is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately, and we will endeavour to have your address amended prior to despatch.
